A full bust in a soft cup needs support from the side, and Ismena provides it with a four-piece cup construction: upper, front, middle, and a side support panel. The panel, made from a fine, sturdy knit, gathers the bust from the side and draws it toward the center, while the lower cup takes on a rounded shape.
