Shapewear with a Smoothing Effect
Sort by
Becoming a smaller size instantly, without discomfort — that is the promise, and modern shapewear largely delivers on it. It has nothing in common with the rigid corsets our great-grandmothers endured.

Not all shapewear is comfortable or effective, of course — only the well-made kind is. Here is what you should expect from a good piece, and what you will find here:
- Flatters the figure and creates a clean silhouette.
- Sits close to the body and feels like a second skin.
- Does not roll down, ride up or gather.
- Breathes, because it is cut from lightweight technical fabrics.
- Looks good in its own right.
- Reduces the visible line of the body evenly, without creating new bulges.
- Comfortable enough for daily wear.
- Invisible under clothing, thanks to seamless construction or flat seams.
- Allows normal movement — the result of anatomical cutting, stretch fabric and adjustable fastenings.
It also wears well. Shapewear holds its colour, size and shape through repeated washing — provided you put it in a mesh laundry bag, or at least use a delicate cycle.
Everything in this section is cut from durable modern fabrics and finished with lace, satin or sheer mesh panels. The range is broader than people expect: understated classics, romantic retro pieces, and some genuinely glamorous designs. You can see all of that in the photographs. What you cannot see is how the fabric feels — smooth, fine, and often lined with cotton on the inside.
What you can order here:
- Women's and men's shapewear, in light and firm control.
- Control briefs — high-waisted, shorts and thongs.
- Shaping bodysuits, all-in-ones and slip dresses.
- Shaping tights, half slips and full slips.
Sizes run from the small end of the scale to genuinely generous, and we ship worldwide from our warehouse in Poland.
We also work with wholesale buyers on individual terms — send us a request through the "Ask a question" form, or call. Contact details are at the top of every page.
Shapewear for the stomach, waist, hips and bust
Choosing is much easier once you know which type does what.

If you want to flatten the stomach or reduce the waist visually, high-waisted control briefs or a shaping thong are usually enough. If your waist is not the issue, briefs that finish at the navel will do.
To smooth the stomach, hips and bottom together, shaping shorts are the reliable answer. Shaping tights, a control half slip or a long-line suspender belt will do a similar job.
For the back, a support band is not the only option — a corset, high-waisted briefs, a bodysuit, an all-in-one or a full slip will all help hold you upright.
For the whole figure, full slips and shaping slip dresses work best. All-in-ones and bodysuits smooth the stomach and sides, support the back and lift the bust at the same time — noticeably better than a shaping camisole on its own.
To add shape at the back, look for tights or briefs with padded panels. The before-and-after photographs show what that actually looks like.
For the bust, push-up and double push-up bras add visible volume; a shaping bra top smooths without adding any.
Beyond the smoothing itself, shapewear does one more useful thing: it supports the back and helps you hold your posture, and many people find the even, light pressure genuinely pleasant to wear. Product pages carry the details, and our team can help if you are not sure which type suits your situation.
Anything you buy here can go under a fitted dress, trousers or a blouse — it will stay invisible even under close-cut clothing.
The catalogue and customer reviews
The shapewear market grows every year, and the number of labels makes it hard to navigate. We looked at what was available, worked with a range of manufacturers, and settled on the ones whose pieces impressed us and our customers most — for the balance between how they look, how well they work, how they are made and what they cost. The reviews reflect that. To find them, open any product marked with stars in the catalogue.
Choosing your size and wearing it
Shapewear was originally made for fuller figures. Over time, smaller women took to it as well — and reasonably so. Who would turn down a cleaner line under a fitted dress, or a lift at the bust or the back? For that, a full slip or a bodysuit in light control is plenty. When you want to come down a size or two, firm control is the right choice.
Two things make shapewear comfortable rather than miserable: buy a well-made piece, and get the size right. Since the quality here is consistent, that leaves the size. Use the chart behind the "Check size" button next to the photographs on each product page, or ask our team about a specific brand's fit — sizing does vary between makers.
One thing worth knowing: firm control is not designed for all-day wear. It is made for an evening — a wedding, a party, a fitted dress. Light control is fine to wear daily. And if you feel numbness, restricted breathing or discomfort in your stomach, the piece is either too firm for the occasion or simply too small.
Men's shapewear
In practice there is only one piece of men's shapewear in real demand: a control band for the stomach. We stock a thin, durable version that flattens the front and supports the lower back — no visible bulk under a shirt, and rather better posture into the bargain. The rest of our men's range is in the men's underwear section.
Looking good is straightforward
Everyone wants to look their best. If you have an occasion coming up and you want the dress to sit properly and the line to be clean and even, the right piece of shapewear will do exactly that — and you will see the difference the moment you look in the mirror.
